LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a financial services and wealth management firm in Albuquerque. This organization is in search of a receptionist to join their team on a full time basis. This job is fully onsite, Monday-Friday 8am-5pm. The hourly rate is between $19/hr-$23/hr DOE.
As the Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact clients and visitors. You will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth and efficient office operations, providing a welcoming and professional atmosphere. Your responsibilities will include handling phone calls, greeting clients, managing appointments, and performing various administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet clients and visitors with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Answer and direct phone calls to appropriate staff members.
- Schedule and manage appointments and meetings.
- Maintain and update office records and files.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry and document preparation.
- Ensure the reception area is clean and organized.
- Provide support to other team members as needed.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office administration is a plus.
- 2-3 years experience as a receptionist or in a similar administrative role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Exhibit strong interpersonal skills and a client service mindset.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
