Receptionist

LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnered with a growing company in Albuquerque, NM that is looking for a Receptionist to support the team. This is a full-time, Monday through Friday, onsite position. Minimum 1 year of recent experience as a Front Desk Receptionist $18.00-$20.00 per hour, depending on experience.
Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities:
- Answering phones, email correspondences, and high volume calendar management.
- Office coordination with ordering office supplies, inventory, setting up for meetings, creating meeting agendas.
- Managing internal and external events including catering, vendor management, event space, etc.
- Organizing and preparing materials for meetings, including agendas, minutes, and presentations.
- Handling confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
- Assisting with the organization of strategic projects and initiatives.
- Managing communication including drafting emails and correspondence.
- Creating and updating organization charts.
- Provide customer service to all internal and external clients and staff.
- Supporting other staff members.
Qualifications:
- Proven 2 years recent experience as an Administrative Assistant
- Bachelors Degree is preferred.
- High School Diploma or Equivalent is required.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
