LHH is looking for Receptionists for our clients in Albuquerque!

Position Overview: This position is responsible for managing various office tasks, including answering phones, handling incoming packages and faxes, documenting payments, ordering supplies, and providing backup support. Additionally, the role involves delivering prompt and courteous service to both internal and external customers.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Listen to voicemails, distribute messages, and manage the company attendance calendar.
  • Log incoming deliveries.
  • Manage recycling of office materials.
  • Inventory and order office and kitchen supplies.
  • Maintain orderliness in common areas.
  • Act as backup for other office roles.
  • Assist in organizing company events and guest visits.
  • Handle special projects or other duties as assigned.

Competencies:

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and adjust priorities.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good customer service skills with the ability to actively listen and solve problems.
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality with sensitive information.

Communication:

  • Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to effectively communicate with employees at all levels, customers, and clients.

Client/Customer Service:

  • Must possess a customer service attitude and handle all interactions professionally and courteously.

Decision-Making Skills:

  • Ability to analyze and gather information to make sound decisions and resolve issues.

Analytical Skills:

  • Detail-oriented and accurate.

Education and/or Experience:

  • Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

Computer Skills:

  • Proficient with computers and software applications, including Microsoft Office.
  • Typing speed of 30 wpm preferred.
  • Ability to learn and work within specialized systems and programs.


Pay Details: $18.00 to $21.00 per hour
