LHH is searching on behalf of a growing financial services client in Albuquerque, NM looking to add a Senior Wealth Manager to their team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering comprehensive financial planning and investment management services to high-net-worth clients. You will play a key role in building and maintaining client relationships, developing tailored financial strategies, and helping clients achieve their financial goals. The ideal candidate has strong experience in wealth management, a passion for client service, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide personalized wealth management advice and financial planning services to high-net-worth clients

  • Develop and implement customized financial strategies, including retirement planning, investment management, tax planning, and estate planning

  • Manage client relationships, ensuring regular communication and excellent service

  • Conduct portfolio reviews and provide ongoing investment recommendations based on market trends and client needs

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a comprehensive approach to each client’s financial needs

  • Stay up to date on financial markets, industry trends, and regulatory changes

  • Ensure compliance with all relevant legal and regulatory requirements

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (Master's degree or CFP designation preferred)

  • 7+ years of experience in wealth management, financial planning, or investment management

  • Proven track record of managing high-net-worth client relationships

  • Strong understanding of investment strategies, retirement planning, tax planning, and estate planning

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust with clients

  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting while collaborating with internal teams

  • Proficiency in financial planning software and tools
