Temporary Administrative Assistant:

LHH Recruitment is partnering with a construction company in Albuquerque, NM. This organization is in search of a temporary administrative assistant to join their team for 3-4 months with possibility of going permanent. This role is Monday-Friday 8am-5pm, fully in office.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and general inquiries.
  • Assist with scheduling meetings, appointments, and site visits.
  • Maintain accurate filing systems and ensure proper documentation.
  • Prepare and process reports, invoices, and other administrative tasks.
  • Coordinate with different departments to ensure timely and effective communication.
  • Provide general office support, including managing supplies and organizing office space.
  • Other duties as assigned by supervisors.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (additional education in office administration is a plus).
  • Proven experience in an administrative role (construction industry experience is a plus).
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must be able to work in a fully in-office setting.

Pay Details: $17.00 to $20.00 per hour
