Responsibilities:
- Process invoices related to corporate overhead
- Three way match
- Auditing tax and various charges
- Resolving accounting related issues with suppliers
- Some Ad-hoc analysis
- A four year degree in Accounting or Finance is required
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Must be knowledgeable with pivot tables
- Strong communication skills
- Multitasking
- High level of professionalism at all time
- Two years of experience is required
- Direct hire
- $46,000 to $50,000 per year
- Full time 40 hours a week
- 8:00am to 5:00pm, Monday to Friday, In office
