Responsibilities:

  • Process invoices related to corporate overhead
  • Three way match
  • Auditing tax and various charges
  • Resolving accounting related issues with suppliers
  • Some Ad-hoc analysis

Qualifications:
  • A four year degree in Accounting or Finance is required
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Must be knowledgeable with pivot tables
Skills:
  • Strong communication skills
  • Multitasking
  • High level of professionalism at all time
Experience:
  • Two years of experience is required
Employment Type:
  • Direct hire
Compensation:
  • $46,000 to $50,000 per year
Work Hours:
  • Full time 40 hours a week
  • 8:00am to 5:00pm, Monday to Friday, In office
