LHH is partnering with a company to hire a Senior Customer Service Representative to join their dynamic team. This role is critical in enhancing their customer support operations during a period of transition and improvement. This is not a sales role.

Position: Customer Service Representative Lead
Location: Onsite in Aloha, OR
Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
Compensation: $25-$30 per hour
Dress Code: Business casual
Duration: Temporary with potential for hire

Responsibilities:

  • Manage inbound customer calls and emails, focusing on order management.
  • Collaborate with internal sales reps to confirm inventory availability.
  • Run manual reports and troubleshoot data entry issues.
  • Support the team in fostering a positive work environment, especially during supervisor absences.

Qualifications:

  • Experience as a Senior Customer Service Representative or Lead CSR.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems; experience with Macola is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Positive attitude and ability to work within a diverse team.


Pay Details: $25.00 to $30.00 per hour
