Requirements:

• 2+ years of recent commercial collections experience
• Intermediate knowledge of Excel, solid data entry skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication

Responsibilities:

• Manage a portfolio of 50-100 accounts
• Payment negotiation
• Credit holds/releases
• Account reconciliations
