LHH is conducting a search for a Customer Relations Coordinator for their client in Alpharetta, GA for a long-term project starting in April. As a Customer Relations Coordinator, you will play a critical role in maintaining customer satisfaction. Your primary responsibilities will include acting as a liaison between our client and its customers, handling inquiries, complaints, and feedback. You will need excellent communication skills to listen carefully to customers, understand their needs, and provide helpful solutions. This position also requires strong problem-solving skills to resolve issues efficiently.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Building positive relationships with customers, listening to feedback, and addressing concerns.
Keeping accurate records and databases of customer interactions and orders.
Coordinating with other departments to ensure prompt and efficient resolution to issues.
Providing product/service information and assisting customers with purchasing decisions.
Managing customer inquiries through phone, email, and social media channels.
Resolving product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint, determining the cause of the problem, and selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem.
Keeping up to date with industry trends and recommending improvements to the customer service process.
Recognizing opportunities to upsell products or services and making appropriate recommendations to customers.
Experience and Education Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
Experience in customer service-related roles within a service industry is ideal.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential.
The ability to remain calm under pressure and handle difficult customer situations is also critical in this role.
Minimum 2 years' experience.
