LHH is excited to partner with a fast-scaling, private equity-backed services company in North Atlanta (Alpharetta area) on a search for a Finance Manager.

This position will lead financial planning and analysis across multiple locations and entities. Reporting to the CFO, this role is critical in driving budgeting, forecasting, KPI reporting, M&A financial integration, and enhancing FP&A systems. You’ll work closely with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to provide insightful financial guidance that supports strategic growth and operational excellence.

Description:

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and monthly financial/KPI reporting for consolidated and individual units

• Manage cash flow projections and financial modeling for business initiatives and acquisitions (M&A)

• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to improve decision-making visibility

• Collaborate with business development on deal financials and acquisition onboarding

• Prepare materials for executive leadership, board, and investor communications

• Drive improvements in FP&A tools and data management across departments

Requirements:

• BBA Finance or Accounting (CPA or MBA preferable)

• 5+ years in FP&A with leadership experience; multi-site experience a big plus

• Proven ability to work alongside C-level executives and private equity sponsors

• Hands-on approach with financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, and M&A support

• Proficient skills in Power BI and experience with large, complex datasets

• Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment

Compensation & Benefits:

• Competitive base salary, commensurate with experience

• Annual bonus up to $20,000 (has consistently paid out in recent years)
