LHH is seeking an Contract Order Entry Specialist to assist an incredible healthcare product manufacturing company in Alpharetta, GA. You will play a key role in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to the new Oracle system. Your responsibilities will include error identification and correction, assisting with customer calls, and adapting to a dynamic environment with shifting priorities. This position requires a calm and collected demeanor, excellent keying skills, and a strong background in customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Error Resolution: Review and correct product code errors in Oracle and Excel, following guidance on where and how to cross-reference and resolve issues.
Customer Support: Assist with incoming customer calls, capturing caller information, and transferring calls to the appropriate team for further escalation.
Daily Adaptation: Navigate daily system errors and areas creating problems, demonstrating flexibility and quick problem-solving to address backlogs and ensure smooth operations.
Collaboration: Work closely with team members across departments to provide operational support and assist wherever needed to achieve departmental goals.
Qualifications:
Keying Skills: Proficient in alpha/numeric keying with a typing speed of >50wpm and high accuracy.
Customer Service Experience: Strong background in customer service with a warm, calm tone and proven ability to manage and navigate stressful situations. Experience in inventory, retail, purchasing, or healthcare is a plus.
Collaboration and Flexibility: Effective team player who is approachable, reliable, and willing to assist across departments. Demonstrated ability to adapt quickly to changing conditions and pivot as needed.
Technical Skills: Basic proficiency in Oracle and Excel, with the ability to learn and apply new systems and processes.
Job Requirements:
Ability to start immediately and work on-site Monday through Friday.
Flexible to handle various tasks and adapt to an evolving work environment.
Contract (2 weeks- 2 months)- Open to an undefined duration as the company continues to refine its new system.
