LHH is seeking a Personal Assistant for an incredible tech company in Alpharetta, GA. We are currently seeking a highly organized, tech-savvy, and proactive Personal Assistant to support a busy family and assist with both personal and professional tasks. This is a unique opportunity for someone with hands-on experience in managing various personal duties and providing comprehensive support.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage the personal calendar, including family events, appointments, and schedules.
Coordinate and arrange travel for the family, ensuring all details are handled smoothly.
Assist with personal shopping, gifting, and organizing special occasions.
Plan and organize personal and family-related events.
Manage a variety of personal and family-related projects, including business, community, and philanthropic interests.
Handling confidential financial and accounting matters.
Coordinate meetings, travel, and other logistical arrangements.
Work closely with the team to prepare for meetings and engagements.
Manage the routine maintenance of the family’s homes and vehicles.
Run errands, including shopping, picking up dry cleaning, and other personal tasks.
Research and hire vendors, contractors, and other service providers as needed.
What We’re Looking For:
Associate's degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
10+ years of hands-on administrative experience.
Experience managing budgets and expenses.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with an exceptional attention to detail.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and remain adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
A proactive, self-starter attitude and ability to work independently.
Work Environment:
Flexible schedule with the opportunity to work from home, particularly when the family is traveling abroad.
Must be available for in-person work at the Alpharetta and Chamblee, GA, offices as needed.
Occasional travel may be required but not frequent.
