LHH (Atlanta) is working with a fast-growing, PE-backed multi-location services company on a search for a Senior Accountant ready to step into a high-impact role with visibility, M&A exposure, and fast-track potential to Manager. Perfect for strong Staff or Senior Accountants ready to grow in a dynamic environment.

Description:

• Lead month-end close, reconciliations, and financial reporting

• Analyze variances, trends, and support audit/tax processes

• Collaborate cross-functionally to streamline and scale accounting ops

• Drive continuous improvement and support M&A integration

Requirements:

• 2–6 years of progressive accounting experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting

• Experience in multi-entity/location environments preferred

• Strong Excel skills

• Must be based in the Atlanta area

Compensation & Benefits:

• Base salary up to $100K

• 10% annual bonus

• Full benefits package

• Hybrid schedule (1–2 days WFH)
