LHH Recruitment Solutions is hiring a Medical Customer Service Rep for our healthcare client located in Alsip. This position will be 100% onsite and a contract-to-hire, full-time position.

This role will be focused on taking a high-volume of inbound calls assisting patients with their account orders, inquiries, account balances, insurance verification, and other general needs. Interested candidates must feel comfortable working within a call center environment.

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 2 years healthcare/medical customer service experience
• Must be proficient working within multiple software systems

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, especially phone etiquette
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Able to work well in a fast-paced environment and adapt to multiple tasks throughout the day
• Can work well independently and meet production metrics as outlined by management
