LHH is seeking a High Volume Talent Screener to support a prestigious high-end consumer goods company to grow their South DFW manufacturing facility on a 4-5 month contract period. This is an exciting opportunity to play a crucial role in identifying top talent for a company renowned for its innovative and luxurious products.

About the Role:

As a High Volume Talent Screener, you will be responsible for managing the initial stages of the recruitment process. Your primary focus will be to screen a high volume of applications, conduct preliminary interviews, and identify candidates who meet the company's criteria. You will work closely with the recruitment team to ensure a seamless and efficient hiring process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and screen a high volume of resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.

  • Conduct initial phone or video interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.

  • Collaborate with the recruitment team to understand the specific requirements for each role.

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system.

  • Provide timely and constructive feedback to candidates throughout the screening process.

  • Assist in coordinating interviews and follow-up communications with candidates.

  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in high volume talent screening or recruitment.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment software.

  • A proactive and results-driven approach to talent acquisition.

  • Bilingual - English & Spanish
