*LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a skilled Budget Analyst to join our team. The Clinical Research Budgets Analyst will prepare and maintain budget templates for sponsored clinical trials, review budgets, and set up study payment milestones.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and maintain clinical trial budget templates.
- Review new study documents and analyze clinical protocols.
- Provide patient cost descriptions for IRB submissions.
- Update budget and milestone information per contract/protocol changes.
- Collaborate with coverage analysis teams, contract analysts, regulatory teams, and finance groups.
- Manage workflow across multiple research programs.
- Develop and revise study budgets.
- Oversee research rate pricing for clinical trials.
- Integrate study budget information into clinical trial agreements.
- Participate in the contract negotiation process.
- Communicate billing structures to clinical teams and service providers.
- Administer study-related billing and support audits.
- Maintain records and monitor expense compliance.
- Promote positive working relationships within research departments and institutions.
- Set up study payment milestones and billing grids using Excel and/or the Clinical Trial Management System.
Qualifications:
- Required: Bachelor's Degree (Preferred area of study: Accounting)
- Required: 2 years of Research Experience
- Must have experience with billing and negotiating with sponsors.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Ability to manage large workflows and work collaboratively.
