LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking an Accounting Assistant for an immediate hire opportunity with an industrial manufacturing and services organization.
Responsibilities:
Enter invoices into QuickBooks, handling a volume of up to 30 daily.
Organize and maintain in-house filing of jobs and paperwork.
Ensure all documents are accessible and well-organized.
Prepare and submit documentation for pre-qualifications for multiple municipalities.
Potentially manage tasks related to DOT truck regulations.
Qualifications:
High school diploma; 1-2 years of experience in AP or a related field.
Proficiency in QuickBooks (Desktop) system is preferred.
Strong data entry skills and attention to detail.
Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to handle a high-volume of invoices daily.
Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
Pay Details: $20.00 to $23.00 per hour
