Customer Service & Support
The Accounting Clerk is a key member of the team, acting as a liaison between clients, internal accountants, and other departments.
Supports client onboarding (data entry)
Manages essential accounting tools like Bill.com
Assists with payroll processes
Processing and managing client payables and receivables
Provides light bookkeeping support
Facilitates administrative operations to ensure smooth delivery of client services.
Enhances team efficiency and client satisfaction, allowing CPAs and accounting professionals to focus on strategic and high-value tasks
Tracks project timelines, provides administrative assistance in software troubleshooting,
Assists with client onboarding and offboarding
Supports proposal development and other administrative needs during the sales process
The role requires:
Strong verbal and written communication skills, high proficiency in Microsoft Office, the ability to manage multiple priorities, and a proactive approach to client service.
Bill.com, QuickBooks Online, and ADP are required
Bachelors degree in Business or Accounting preferred
3 years administrative or accounting support experience required
