LHH is teaming up with a nonprofit community-focused organization in Antioch, CA in search of a Customer Service Admin to support seasonal program enrollment efforts.

In this role, you’ll be at the heart of summer programming, helping ensure a smooth and welcoming experience for all participants.
The ideal candidate is organized, personable, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. You should be comfortable handling a high volume of administrative tasks and customer interactions, and enjoy being part of a collaborative team. Prior experience in customer service or administrative support is essential. Bilingual abilities in Spanish/English are required.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist families enrolling in summer programs
Manage high-volume data entry and registration processing
Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and in person
Maintain accurate records and documentation
Support general office operations as needed
Qualifications:
1+ year of experience in customer service or administrative support (required)
Ability to speak Spanish fluently (required)
Strong communication and organizational skills (required)
Proficiency with basic office software (required)
Ability to work fully on-site in Antioch, CA (required)
Job Type: Contract (3 months)
Start Date: ASAP
Location: Fully on-site in Antioch, CA
Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
Pay Rate: $25–$30/hour
