LHH is teaming up with a nonprofit community-focused organization in Antioch, CA in search of a Customer Service Admin to support seasonal program enrollment efforts.

This is a great opportunity to join a mission-driven team that plays a vital role in supporting local families and youth. In this role, you’ll be at the heart of summer programming, helping ensure a smooth and welcoming experience for all participants.

The ideal candidate is organized, personable, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. You should be comfortable handling a high volume of administrative tasks and customer interactions, and enjoy being part of a collaborative team. Prior experience in customer service or administrative support is essential. Bilingual abilities in Spanish/English are required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist families enrolling in summer programs

  • Manage high-volume data entry and registration processing

  • Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and in person

  • Maintain accurate records and documentation

  • Support general office operations as needed

Qualifications:

  • 1+ year of experience in customer service or administrative support (required)

  • Ability to speak Spanish fluently (required)

  • Strong communication and organizational skills (required)

  • Proficiency with basic office software (required)

  • Ability to work fully on-site in Antioch, CA (required)

Job Type: Contract (3 months)


Start Date: ASAP
Location: Fully on-site in Antioch, CA
Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
Pay Rate: $25–$30/hour
