LHH Recruitment Solutions is hiring for a temp Administrative Assistant for the Real Estate industry to liaison between agents and staff and operations for their Aptos, CA office. Responsibilities:
Work with residential real estate agents, assisting with administrative support such as word processing, filing and scheduling.
Receiving and directing visitors, and answering phones
Coordinating meetings and conferences
Assist the Brokerage manager with scheduling and maintenance of the calendar
Assist with sorting and distributing mail
May work on special projects related to marketing.
Skills and Experience:
One to two years residential real estate brokerage experience is nice not necessary
Knowledge of MS Office Suite.
Strong typing skills
Employment Type: Temp, 40 hours a week, On-site in Aptos, CA
Pay rate $22 to $24 per hour
