LHH seeks bilingual Health Insurance Agent in Arcadia, CA. The Health Insurance Agent will educate prospective members on Medicare products and enroll them in their product of choice over the phone or other sales enrollment channels.


Responsibilities:



  • Take inbound and make outbound calls to prospective members.


  • Sell Medicare Advantage products, using approved guidelines for presentations.


  • Conduct needs analysis and cost-benefit analysis to assist prospective members in selecting suitable products.


  • Complete enrollments into desired products over the phone or other enrollment channels.


  • Set up in-person meetings and manage RSVPs for events for prospective members who prefer face-to-face interaction.


  • Ensure adherence to HIPAA compliance in all client-related communications.


  • Meet or exceed individual sales goals through effective engagement and product knowledge.


Qualifications:



  • High School diploma or equivalent.


  • Strong working knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and other government health/income assistance programs preferred.


  • Experience working with senior citizens and low-income individuals.


  • Minimum of 1 year experience in a call center environment.


  • Active California Life and Health Insurance License.


  • Bilingual proficiency in one of the following languages: Cantonese, Korean Required


  • Flexibility to work call center hours from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM, Monday-Friday, and 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM on Saturdays, if needed.


Hybrid post training 2 days in the office, 3 days WFH


$22-$24/hr + commission
