Responsibilities:

• Take steps to address a problem with a product that is already in use

• Notifying providers and patients about the issue and recommending necessary actions

• Manage the notification of Safety alerts

• Process Return of Goods Authorizations

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree

• Quality Assurance experience preferred
