📍 Location: Arlington, VA (Remote work available after training)
💵 Pay Range: $30.00 – $33.80 per hour (Based on experience)
🕒 Schedule: Full-Time, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Position Summary
This position offers an exciting opportunity to play a critical role in deduction collection and post-audit recovery for key customer accounts. The ideal candidate will assist in managing Unidentified Account Deductions (UAD), support post-audit collections, and help streamline reporting and escalation processes across departments. This role is perfect for a detail-oriented, analytical professional who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with account managers to review post-audit claims, determine validity, and initiate recovery for invalid deductions
Analyze trends in UADs and post-audit activity, providing insights to leadership on high-risk areas
Coordinate with credit and finance teams to support accurate tracking and timely resolution of deductions
Ensure adherence to internal compliance standards and customer policies
Recommend process improvements to enhance reporting and cross-functional collaboration
Participate in customer calls to resolve deduction and audit-related issues
Lead internal review meetings with stakeholders to present data trends and escalate unresolved matters
Perform root cause analysis to identify systemic issues and propose actionable solutions
Skills & Qualifications
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Experience managing data and presenting clear insights to non-financial stakeholders
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Confidence in influencing internal teams and external partners
Self-starter with the ability to quickly adapt and learn internal systems and processes
Business acumen with a solution-focused approach
Prior experience in deduction management, post-audit analysis, or credit-related functions is a plus
Pay Details: $30.00 to $33.80 per hour
