LHH Recruitment Solutions has partnered with a well-established construction company in Arlington, TX. They are looking to add a Payroll Coordinator to their team. This role offers hybrid flexibility and will be responsible for process semi-monthly payroll, ensuring accuracy and compliance. This role is paying $55K to 70K, depending on experience. Review and process semi-monthly payroll for approximately 1,500+ employees
Calculate pay for new hires and terminations
Prepare manual checks and process garnishment, child support and tax levy orders
Comply with all federal, state, and local regulatory requirements for the payment of compensation and related taxes
Work closely with Human Resources to maintain compliance with company policy
Run queries utilizing PeopleSoft, researching, and answering all payroll questions
Qualifications:
· 3+ years of payroll processing experience
· PeopleSoft experience, highly preferred
· Strong Microsoft Excel Skills
· Excellent communication skills
