Requirements:

*Bachelors Degree (Accounting or Finance)

*4+ years of recent full cycle accounts payable processing with knowledge of general accounting

*Stable job history

*Advanced Excel, Peoplesoft or Oracle R12, SAP

*Excellent verbal and written communication

Responsibilities:

*Full cycle invoice processing to include check runs

*Bank and vendor reconciliations

*Journal entries

*1099 processing

*Vendor setup/maintenance

*Resolution of vendor discrepancies

*Excel proficiency (pivot tables, vlookup)
