Overall Responsibilities:

Primary duties will include, but are not limited, to the following:

•Invoice Processing: Review, verify, and process vendor invoices for accuracy, compliance with firm policies, and proper documentation.

•Payment Management: Prepare and issue payments via checks, electronic transfers, and other methods; ensure timely payment of invoices.

•Expense Management: Review and process employee expense reports, ensuring

adherence to the firm’s expense policies.

•Vendor Management: Maintain relationships with vendors, address inquiries, and resolve any discrepancies or issues with payments.

•Reconciliation: Reconcile vendor accounts and resolve discrepancies, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.

•Reporting: Assist in the preparation of financial reports, including month-end closing and year-end audits.

•Data Entry: Accurately enter financial data into the accounting system, maintaining up-to-date and organized records.

•Compliance: Ensure all transactions comply with firm policies, industry regulations, and accounting principles.

•Collaborate: Work closely with the legal team, finance department, and other stakeholders to support overall financial processes and firm operations.

•Overtime may be required on occasion.

•Other duties/tasks as assigned.

Required skills:

•Technical Skills: Proficiency in accounting software; advanced Excel skills; experience with legal-specific financial systems is critical (Aderant, Aderant Sierra, Chrome River)

•Experience with Global Pay / Convera payment system is a plus



Pay Details: $28.00 to $35.00 per hour
