Key Responsibilities:
- Process and verify invoices, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Manage and maintain vendor accounts, including reconciliation and communication.
- Prepare and process payments, including checks, ACH transfers, and wire transfers.
- Review and resolve any discrepancies or issues related to invoices or payments.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and information.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth and accurate financial transactions.
- Maintain accurate records of accounts payable transactions and documentation.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounts payable or a similar financial role.
- Proficiency in SAP Business One and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word).
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
Pay Details: $20.00 to $25.00 per hour
