Responsibilities:

• The Accounts Payable Specialist is responsible for accurately and efficiently processing invoices
• Managing vendor accounts, and ensuring timely payments to vendors
• Invoice Processing
• Receive, review, and verify invoices for accuracy and proper authorization
• Match invoices with purchase orders and supporting documentation
• Resolve any discrepancies or issues related to invoices.
• Vendor management
• Perform vendor statement reconciliations to ensure accurate account balances.

Requirements:

• 3-4 years prior experience in accounts payable
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and processing
• Proficiency in using accounting software to include SAP, Netsuite and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
