Job Title: Administrative Assistant / Office Manager

Location: Atlanta, GA

Job Type: Contract

Position Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant/Office Manager to handle day-to-day office operations, provide administrative support, and ensure smooth office functionality. The ideal candidate will be proactive, efficient, and have strong communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Office Management: Oversee office operations, manage supplies, coordinate maintenance, and liaise with vendors.

  • Administrative Support: Manage calendars, schedule meetings, handle phone calls/emails, and prepare reports and presentations.

  • Communication & Coordination: Serve as the main point of contact for office inquiries, coordinate meetings and events, and maintain effective communication across teams.

  • HR & Financial Support: Assist with onboarding, maintain employee records, track expenses, and process invoices.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Education: High school diploma required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.

  • Experience: 2+ years in an administrative or office management role.

  • Skills: Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office.

  • Attributes: Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.



Pay Details: $20.00 to $24.00 per hour
