Customer Service & Support

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Assistant to support daily operations in a fast-paced, professional environment for one of our manufacturing clients in Downtown Atlanta. The ideal candidate will be a detail-oriented multitasker with excellent communication skills and a strong sense of discretion and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to executives and department teams, including calendar management, travel coordination, and meeting preparation.

  • Serve as the first point of contact for internal and external communications, ensuring timely and professional responses.

  • Prepare, proofread, and format documents, reports, and presentations with a high degree of accuracy.

  • Manage office supplies, equipment, and vendor relationships to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

  • Coordinate logistics for meetings, events, and conference calls, including room bookings and catering.

  • Maintain organized filing systems (digital and physical) and assist with data entry and recordkeeping.

  • Support HR, finance, or project teams with administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.

  • 2+ years of administrative or office support experience.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.

  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience supporting multiple stakeholders or departments.

  • Familiarity with office management tools or platforms (e.g., SharePoint, Workday, Concur).

  • Customer service mindset and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Location: Downtown Atlanta, GA

Pay Details: $22.00 to $24.00 per hour
