We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Assistant to support daily operations in a fast-paced, professional environment for one of our manufacturing clients in Downtown Atlanta. The ideal candidate will be a detail-oriented multitasker with excellent communication skills and a strong sense of discretion and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive administrative support to executives and department teams, including calendar management, travel coordination, and meeting preparation.
Serve as the first point of contact for internal and external communications, ensuring timely and professional responses.
Prepare, proofread, and format documents, reports, and presentations with a high degree of accuracy.
Manage office supplies, equipment, and vendor relationships to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Coordinate logistics for meetings, events, and conference calls, including room bookings and catering.
Maintain organized filing systems (digital and physical) and assist with data entry and recordkeeping.
Support HR, finance, or project teams with administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
2+ years of administrative or office support experience.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
Excellent time management and organizational skills.
Preferred Skills:
Experience supporting multiple stakeholders or departments.
Familiarity with office management tools or platforms (e.g., SharePoint, Workday, Concur).
Customer service mindset and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Pay Details: $22.00 to $24.00 per hour
