Civil Litigation Associate

LHH is assisting a small, suburban Atlanta firm in its search for a Civil Litigation Associate. Our client is a distinguished law firm located outside of Atlanta, renowned for its dedication to representing local governments. The firm prides itself on delivering top-tier legal services with a commitment to professionalism and integrity.

This position offers:

· HYBRID work structure after the first 90 days of employment, allowing you to work from home 2 days per week

· Great healthcare plan. Firm pays 100% of premium and 100% co-pay after 3k deductible.

· Opportunity for two bonuses: 1) a straightforward performance bonus based on hours billed, and 2) a discretionary annual bonus

· Base salary ranging from $140,000 to $175,000, commensurate with experience.

· 1920 hours per year (160 hours per month) billing requirement

Qualifications:

· 5+ years of civil litigation experience

· licensed and in good standing in Georgia

· Outstanding academic credentials
