Position: Commercial Real Estate Associate Attorney

Description: LHH is excited to assist with an unposted opportunity with a collegial firm in Atlanta that is seeking to add a Commercial Real Estate Associate to its team. The firm is led by former AmLaw attorneys who were seeking a change of pace while maintaining the sophistication of their practice.

Details:

· Experience: 3+ years in commercial real estate, with acquisition, development, disposition, and commercial leasing experience.

· Salary: Base salary of $207,500+, along with a full range of benefits.

· Hours Requirement: 1850 billable hours annually, with a quarterly bonus structure based on hours billed.
