Job Title: Corporate/Transactional Associate Attorney

Location: Northern Atlanta Metropolitan area

Job Description: LHH is seeking a highly skilled Corporate Attorney to join a small, collegial Metro Atlanta firm that primarily represents local governments and municipalities. The role will principally focus on contract review, with heavy emphasis on business contracts for professional services.

Responsibilities:

· Review and negotiate business contracts for professional services.

· Provide legal advice and support on general corporate matters.

· Collaborate with the existing legal team to manage and streamline contract processes.

· Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

Qualifications:

· Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

· Active bar membership in Georgia

· 3+ years of experience in contract review or general corporate work.

· Strong analytical and negotiation skills.

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Compensation:

Base salary ranging from $130,000+, commensurate with experience.
