Customer Service Representative

LHH is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Contract Call Center/Customer Service Associate to join our Healthcare/Non-profit organization in Chamblee, GA. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to individuals seeking assistance with healthcare services and resources.

Responsibilities:

• Answer incoming calls from individuals seeking information and assistance with healthcare services.
• Provide accurate and timely information to callers regarding available programs, services, and resources.
• Assist callers in navigating healthcare systems and connecting them with appropriate resources.
• Document all interactions and maintain detailed records of calls and inquiries.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless coordination of services for callers.
• Follow established protocols and guidelines for handling sensitive and confidential information.
• Meet performance metrics related to call volume, quality, and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education in healthcare or customer service is a plus.
• Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred.
• Knowledge of healthcare services and resources is beneficial.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to empathize with callers in challenging situations.
• Proficiency in using computer systems and software for data entry and documentation.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is a plus.
