Location: Near Chattahoochee Works, West Midtown

Pay Rate: $18 - $19 per hour

Contract Length: Contract to Hire

Summary: The primary responsibilities of this role include serving as the point of contact for order and product inquiries for sales representatives, managing order processing and tracking, collaborating with departments to resolve order issues, responding to customer service emails, and payment processing.

Job Duties:

• Serve as the point of contact for order and product inquiries for sales representatives.

• Manage order processing and tracking.

• Collaborate with departments to resolve order issues.

• Respond to customer service emails.

• Process payments.

Requirements:

• Experience in order entry and multitasking

• Strong phone/email etiquette

• At least 2 years of Customer Service experience

• Availability from 7 AM to 4 PM

• Monday through Friday
