Position Overview: The Customer Success Specialist will support the Customer Success team by providing direct assistance to customers, responding to inquiries, and ensuring customer needs are met. This role is integral in the early stages of the customer journey, supporting onboarding, training, and initial troubleshooting. The Specialist role focuses on building service and operational trust by acting as a reliable point of contact and support resource for our customers.

This full-time position is based out of the client’s headquarters in Atlanta, GA, with a hybrid work arrangement (Tuesday to Thursday in office, Monday and Friday remote -- subject to change). Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in customer onboarding and training, ensuring a seamless and engaging introduction to our products and services.

  • Provide timely responses to customer inquiries, guiding them to resources and solutions as needed.

  • Manage a strong workload, with 75% of communication via email and 25% over the phone.

  • Monitor customer usage and feedback to detect any initial issues or areas for improvement in the customer experience.

  • Work closely with the Customer Success Managers to relay customer feedback and support the resolution of any emerging issues.

  • Partner with a supply chain planner to ensure customer needs are met efficiently.

  • Help prepare for renewals by tracking and reporting customer engagement and satisfaction data.

Ensuring Ongoing Customer Engagement:

  • Work with the Customer Success Manager to schedule and develop material for quarterly business reviews.

Requirements, Experience, & Education (Knowledge, Skills & Abilities):

  • 3+ years’ experience in customer success, customer support, or a related field.

  • Strong background in logistics and customer service.

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.

  • A proactive, customer-focused approach to service and support.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools: PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.

  • Bachelor's degree preferred.

  • Ability to sit for extended periods, often at a desk or computer workstation.

  • Frequent use of fingers and hands to type on a keyboard, use a mouse, and perform other repetitive hand movements for data entry and document preparation.

  • Occasionally lift or carry office items (typically up to 10-20 pounds).

  • Reach above shoulder level to access shelves or cabinets.

  • Bend, stoop, or twist as necessary.



Pay Details: $22.00 to $24.00 per hour
