Job Opportunity: Portfolio & Data Analyst – Finance & Leasing Operations

What You’ll Do:

• Provide daily production support, including mass uploads of portfolio changes and funding database updates.

• Support data migration initiatives through report development, testing, validation, and coordination with business lines.

• Contribute to Agile-driven process improvements, prioritizing and testing change requests and resolving system defects.

• Leverage relational databases and BI tools to generate actionable insights and performance reports.

• Collaborate cross-functionally to enhance operational efficiency and reporting accuracy.

What We’re Looking For:

Required:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

• Strong accounting foundation with analytical mindset.

• Advanced Excel skills and SQL proficiency (preferably with Oracle Toad Data Point).

• Experience with Tableau, Alteryx, or similar data tools.

Preferred:

• Background in leasing or financial asset management.

• Familiarity with Alfa software (Leasing Accounting).

• Experience with Agile methodologies and change management processes.

Location: On-site in Atlanta, GA
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:30 PM (occasional late evenings required until 8:00 PM EST at month-end).
