Administrative Assistant

Customer Service & Support

LHH is seeking an Executive Administrative Assistant to join one of our clients in Buckhead, Atlanta. The Executive Administrative Assistant will provide high-level administrative support to the CEO and senior leadership team. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, discretion, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, professional environment. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of handling confidential information with professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage complex calendars and coordinate internal and external meetings

  • Arrange domestic and international travel, including flights, hotels, and ground transportation

  • Prepare agendas, reports, presentations, and meeting minutes

  • Handle confidential correspondence and serve as a liaison between executives and stakeholders

  • Process expense reports and maintain Concur accounts

  • Support onboarding logistics for new hires and coordinate with HR and IT

  • Organize and support executive events, including catering and logistics

  • Maintain filing systems and manage sensitive documentation

  • Answer phones and manage office communications as needed

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma required; Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred

  • 5+ years of experience supporting C-suite executives

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

  • Experience with Concur, Zoom, and document management systems

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks with minimal supervision

  • Professional demeanor and excellent interpersonal skills



Pay Details: $60,000.00 to $65,000.00 per year
