LHH is seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support for a great company in Midtown, Atlanta, GA. This role is essential for ensuring a smooth and efficient office environment and will involve a variety of tasks, from general administrative duties to maintaining office supplies and cleanliness.
Responsibilities:
General Administrative Support: Assist with daily operations serving as the primary point of contact for all executives.
Installation and Service Coordination: Be present to facilitate installations or services as needed, ensuring minimal disruption to executive functions.
Mail Management: Handle physical mailings and miscellaneous procurement, including daily pickup and delivery of mail. Manage and distribute digital voicemails efficiently.
Office Supplies Management: Restock office supplies regularly, ensuring all necessary materials are readily available. Maintain organized inventory and place orders as needed.
Catering and Refreshments: Coordinate Wednesday lunches and ensure that coffee, beverages, and snacks are stocked and available for all staff.
Breakroom and Conference Room Maintenance: Ensure breakroom counters are clean throughout the day. After meetings, clean and clear conference room tables, organize chairs, and maintain overall cleanliness.
Fridge Maintenance: Clean out the refrigerator to maintain a tidy and hygienic space.
Office Environment: Ensure that all shared spaces are organized, inviting, and conducive to a productive work environment.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in an administrative support role, preferably as an Executive Assistant.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and digital communication tools.
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
