Executive Assistant- Primarily remote
  • Position Type & Schedule: Contract-hire, full-time (40 hours/week), with occasional in-person meetings with CRO (1-2 times a month). Standard hours are 8 AM - 5 PM.
  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Managing (CRO) calendar.
    • Expense reporting (Concur).
    • Creating PowerPoint decks for weekly meetings.
  • Candidate Preferences:
    • Experience in service industries, IT consulting, or CPA firms preferred.
    • Must be comfortable supporting the CRO and potentially some of his reports.
    • 3-5 years of experience with a proactive, ownership-driven attitude.
    • Looking for a self-starter who is direct, not passive, and able to take initiative.
    • Adaptable to CRO'S direct and high-paced management style.
  • Company Culture & Growth:
    • Highly collaborative, with a “camera-on” and supportive environment.
    • Remote but tightly-knit team, regularly checking in on each other.
    • High-performing, fast-paced, with a focus on growth.
    • Company is undergoing significant expansion, aiming to grow to a billion-dollar company within 6-7 years.
  • Compensation:
    • Salary: $55,000, with flexibility up to $65,000 for a strong candidate.
    • No degree required.


Pay Details: $25.00 to $30.00 per hour
