Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Human Resources Coordinator to join one of our clients in Midtown Atlanta. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in full life cycle recruiting, HR coordination, and related tasks. This role requires excellent technical skills, attention to detail, and a phenomenal personality to thrive in a dynamic work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the full life cycle recruiting process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
Assist with HR-related tasks such as maintaining employee records, processing payroll, and ensuring compliance with labor laws.
Utilize HRIS platforms like Paycom (preferred) or ADP to manage employee data and generate reports.
Use Excel to create and maintain spreadsheets, including pivot tables and formulas, to analyze HR data and support decision-making.
Ensure accuracy in position sheets, labor allocations, and compliance with wage laws.
Provide support to employees regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
Requirements:
At least two years of experience in full life cycle recruiting, HR coordination, and related tasks.
Proficiency in Paycom (preferred) or other major HRIS platforms like ADP.
Strong Excel skills, including pivot tables and formulas.
Candidates must be detail-oriented and capable of ensuring accuracy in position sheets, labor allocations, and compliance with wage laws.
While a bachelor's degree is not mandatory, relevant experience is highly valued.
Pay Details: $25.00 per hour
