Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Human Resources Coordinator to join one of our clients in Midtown Atlanta. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in full life cycle recruiting, HR coordination, and related tasks. This role requires excellent technical skills, attention to detail, and a phenomenal personality to thrive in a dynamic work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full life cycle recruiting process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviewing, and onboarding.

  • Assist with HR-related tasks such as maintaining employee records, processing payroll, and ensuring compliance with labor laws.

  • Utilize HRIS platforms like Paycom (preferred) or ADP to manage employee data and generate reports.

  • Use Excel to create and maintain spreadsheets, including pivot tables and formulas, to analyze HR data and support decision-making.

  • Ensure accuracy in position sheets, labor allocations, and compliance with wage laws.

  • Provide support to employees regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits.

Requirements:

  • At least two years of experience in full life cycle recruiting, HR coordination, and related tasks.

  • Proficiency in Paycom (preferred) or other major HRIS platforms like ADP.

  • Strong Excel skills, including pivot tables and formulas.

  • Candidates must be detail-oriented and capable of ensuring accuracy in position sheets, labor allocations, and compliance with wage laws.

  • While a bachelor's degree is not mandatory, relevant experience is highly valued.



Pay Details: $25.00 per hour
