Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (In-Office)


Job Summary:


LHH Recruitment is looking for HR professionals for an upcoming project. The HR Generalist will play a vital role in supporting the Client’s HR department and ensuring the smooth operation of various HR functions. Responsible for a wide range of HR tasks, from recruitment and onboarding to employee relations and compliance.


Key Responsibilities:


· Manage the full recruitment process, including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting candidates.


· Conduct effective onboarding for new hires, including orientation, paperwork, and introductions to company policies and culture.


· Act as a point of contact for employees regarding HR-related queries, issues, and concerns.


· Mediate and resolve employee disputes and conflicts professionally and discreetly.


· Administer employee benefits programs, including health, dental, retirement plans, and other perks.


· Assist employees with benefit-related questions and concerns.


· Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies and procedures that comply with legal requirements and company standards. Stay up to date with current labor laws and regulations to ensure compliance.


· Assist in the performance appraisal process, provide guidance to employees and managers, and support the development of performance improvement plans.


· Identify training needs and develop or coordinate training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.


· Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.


· Prepare HR reports and data for management as needed.


· Participate in and lead HR projects, such as diversity and inclusion initiatives, employee engagement programs, and other HR-related activities.


Qualifications:


· Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.


· Proven experience as an HR Generalist or HR Specialist.


· Knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and best practices.


· Strong interpersonal and communication skills.


· Exceptional problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.


· Proficient in HRIS and MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).


· Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks.
