About the Role: Are you a detail-oriented and organized professional with a passion for human resources? We are seeking a Human Resources Specialist to join one of our clients in Atlanta, GA. In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting various HR functions, ensuring smooth operations and a positive employee experience.

As a Human Resources Specialist, you will be responsible for a wide range of HR activities, from recruitment and onboarding to employee relations and compliance. You will work closely with the HR team and other departments to implement HR policies and procedures, manage employee records, and provide support to employees and managers. Your ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and your strong organizational skills will be key to your success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the administration of HR processes including onboarding, employee relations, and record-keeping.

  • Manage and maintain accurate employee records, ensuring data integrity and compliance with relevant regulations.

  • Support the coordination of recruitment activities, including posting job openings, scheduling interviews, and facilitating the onboarding process for new hires.

  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.

  • Respond to employee inquiries and provide information or direct them to the appropriate resource.

  • Collaborate with various departments to ensure seamless communication and workflow related to HR matters.

  • Assist in organizing and coordinating HR-related events and training programs.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2-3 years of previous administrative experience in a human resources function or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Familiarity with HRIS (Human Resources Information System) is a plus.



Pay Details: $25.00 to $25.50 per hour
