We are seeking a proactive and detail-driven Human Resources Coordinator to join a fast-paced and collaborative HR team supporting one of our clients in Buckhead, Atlanta. This role is ideal for an HR professional with a strong background in full-cycle recruitment, HR operations, and employee engagement. The ideal candidate will bring a solutions-oriented mindset, excellent organizational skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional HR support.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition & Onboarding
Lead the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interview coordination, and onboarding logistics to ensure a seamless new hire experience.
HR Operations & Compliance
Maintain accurate employee records, assist with payroll processing, and ensure adherence to federal, state, and company-specific labor regulations and policies.
HRIS & Data Management
Manage employee data using platforms such as Paycom or ADP, generate reports, and support internal audits and data integrity initiatives.
Reporting & Analytics
Utilize Excel (including pivot tables and advanced formulas) to analyze HR metrics and provide actionable insights to support strategic decision-making.
Documentation & Policy Support
Ensure accuracy and compliance in position control sheets, labor allocations, and wage law documentation.
Employee Relations & Support
Serve as a trusted point of contact for employee inquiries related to HR policies, benefits, and procedures, fostering a positive and informed workplace culture.
Qualifications
Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR coordination or full-cycle recruiting.
Proficiency in HRIS platforms (Paycom preferred; ADP acceptable).
Strong Excel skills, including pivot tables and data analysis.
Exceptional attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Must be located within commuting distance of Buckhead, Atlanta, GA.
Pay Details: $24.00 to $26.00 per hour
