Job Title: HR Generalist

About the Role: As an HR Generalist, you will be responsible for managing various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance. You will work closely with the HR team and other departments to ensure a positive and productive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Form and maintain employee records.
  • Update internal databases, such as absences and leave.
  • Prepare and amend HR documents, such as employment contracts and recruitment guides.
  • Review and renew company policies and ensure legal compliance.
  • Communicate with external partners and report regularly on HR metrics, such as company turnover and headcount.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for employees on any HR-related queries.
  • Assist with payroll by providing the department with relevant employee information, such as holiday and sick days taken.
  • Manage talent management and HR processes for team members, including annual events (performance, talent review, succession planning, compensation, engagement surveys, and more).

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an HR Generalist or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of HR practices and labor laws.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
  • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • HR certification (e.g., PHR, SPHR) is a plus.
  • Experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
