LHH is seeking a meticulous Insurance and Lease Administration Specialist in Buckhead, GA to manage and oversee insurance policies and lease agreements. This role requires a keen eye for detail and proficiency in data entry to ensure accurate management of all related documentation and records. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining compliance with insurance requirements, handling lease documentation, and performing various administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
Insurance Administration:
Manage the insurance process for lease agreements, ensuring compliance with policy requirements.
Review and update insurance policies and certificates as needed.
Process and track insurance claims and ensure timely resolution of issues.
Communicate with insurance providers to address any discrepancies or questions.
Lease Administration:
Oversee lease agreements, including tracking key dates such as renewals and expirations.
Maintain detailed records of lease terms, conditions, and amendments.
Process lease documentation and ensure proper filing and storage of all related documents.
Coordinate with property managers and tenants to resolve lease-related issues.
Data Entry and Management:
Perform accurate data entry and maintain up-to-date records for insurance policies and lease agreements.
Utilize data management systems to track and report on insurance and lease status.
Generate and analyze reports to ensure compliance and identify areas for improvement.
Document Processing:
Review and process incoming insurance and lease documents.
Scan and electronically file documents to ensure organized and accessible records.
Customer Service:
Provide support to property managers and tenants regarding insurance and lease inquiries.
Address questions and resolve issues related to insurance coverage and lease terms.
Compliance and Reporting:
Ensure adherence to company policies and industry regulations.
Prepare reports on insurance and lease activities, including compliance and performance metrics.
Qualifications:
Must Haves:
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data management tools.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Nice to Haves:
Previous experience in insurance or lease administration is preferred but not required.
Familiarity with lease management software is a plus.
Recent college graduates with relevant coursework or internships are encouraged to apply.
