Position Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and adaptable Insurance Admin Assistant to provide technical administrative support for a wonderful business management team. This role requires a proactive individual with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively while handling sensitive information with precision.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and maintain electronic folders with corresponding OneNote files.

  • Set up assignment files in ShareFile and update client information as needed.

  • Apply templates for various processes, including exhibits related to stop-loss claims and audits.

  • Support auditors by organizing and packaging polished, client-ready audit reports.

  • Transfer information accurately between documents (e.g., from Excel to PDF) while managing multiple exhibits.

  • Assist in establishing Excel audit templates and conduct light audit activities.

  • Manage the company travel calendar and maintain the SharePoint site.

  • Receive audit submissions, acknowledge emails, and handle proper filing of documents.

Technical Skills Required:

  • MUST be proficient in Microsoft Excel (Advanced)

  • Microsoft Word, OneNote, Outlook 365, and SharePoint.

Preferred Background:

  • Insurance experience is highly preferred.

  • Familiarity with medical claims and workers' compensation terminology is a plus.

  • Comfort with complex excel spreadsheets
