Job Summary
LHH is currently recruiting for a client in the Atlanta metro area. The Litigation Support Manager will lead and manage litigation support operations for legal teams, ensuring efficient handling of eDiscovery, document review, and case management systems.
Job Responsibilities
Oversee all aspects of litigation support, including eDiscovery, data processing, and document review.
Manage litigation support staff and coordinate with attorneys, paralegals, and external vendors.
Implement and maintain litigation support software and databases.
Ensure compliance with legal standards, data privacy regulations, and firm policies.
Provide training and guidance on litigation support tools and best practices.
Develop workflows and protocols to improve efficiency and accuracy in case management.
Troubleshoot technical issues related to litigation support systems.
Prepare reports and documentation for case tracking and audits.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Legal Studies, Information Technology, or a related field (JD or paralegal certification a plus).
5+ years of experience in litigation support or eDiscovery management.
Proficiency with litigation support tools (e.g., Relativity, Concordance, CaseMap).
Strong understanding of legal procedures, data privacy laws, and eDiscovery protocols.
Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Experience working with law firms or corporate legal departments preferred.
Pay Details: $90,000.00 to $130,000.00 per year
