LHH is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Logistics Analyst to join one of our clients in Midtown Atlanta, GA. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing and optimizing their supply chain operations to ensure efficient and cost-effective logistics processes. This role requires strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of logistics and supply chain management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Data Analysis: Collect, analyze, and interpret logistics data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement.

  • Process Optimization: Develop and implement strategies to optimize logistics processes, including transportation, warehousing, and inventory management.

  • Cost Management: Monitor and control logistics costs, ensuring budget adherence and identifying cost-saving opportunities.

  • Performance Metrics: Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of logistics operations.

  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including procurement, production, and sales, to ensure seamless logistics operations.

  • Reporting: Prepare and present detailed reports on logistics performance, including recommendations for improvements.

  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards related to logistics and supply chain management.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in logistics or supply chain analysis.

  • Skills:

    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

    • Proficiency in logistics software and tools.

    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

    • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

    • Experience in managing and optimizing freight operations.

  • Certifications: Relevant certifications such as Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) or Certified in Logistics, Transportation, and Distribution (CLTD) are a plus.



Pay Details: $25.00 to $28.00 per hour
