We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Logistics Coordinator to join one of our fantastic clients in Buckhead. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth and timely delivery of goods and services, coordinating logistics operations, and supporting supply chain efficiency. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for problem-solving in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and monitor supply chain operations, including shipping, receiving, and inventory management.

  • Schedule and track inbound and outbound shipments to ensure timely delivery.

  • Communicate with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams to resolve issues and maintain service levels.

  • Prepare and maintain accurate documentation for shipments, including bills of lading, invoices, and customs paperwork.

  • Analyze logistics data to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

  • Support continuous improvement initiatives within the logistics and operations teams.

Qualifications:

  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field preferred.

  • 2+ years of experience in logistics coordination or a similar role.

  • Proficiency in logistics software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar platforms) and Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with transportation management systems (TMS).

  • Knowledge of local and international shipping regulations.

  • Familiarity with warehouse operations and inventory control.



Pay Details: $28.00 to $32.00 per hour
